Let me start by saying that I’m probably the last person you’d want to take advice from if you wanted to learn how to get big and ripped.

The ‘how he does it’ – the system he uses to pack on muscle and to be credited by the British Natural Bodybuilding Federation as possibly the GREATEST natural bodybuilder the World has ever seen – is why I’ve sat down to write this letter today.
But first a bit more about the background of the man you see above – Rob Hope.
How Rob Started Out…
It all started out when Rob got interested – like a lot of us – in improving his physique. And for more time than he cares to remember, he bounced from one muscle building ‘system’ to another. Perhaps like a lot of people.
But it was only when he harnessed and ‘fused’ two separate approaches that his gains really EXPLODED. More about that in just a moment…
